The Picnic Day Parade is the official kickoff to a day recognizing your department’s contributions to our campus community. Interested parties are encouraged to enter a float, animal entry, motor vehicle, tractor, carriage, wagon, or bicycle entry. Groups may also dance, skip, walk, or skate their way through the 1½ mile parade. Please note also that if a department or campus organization is interested in building a float, the Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) is offering seven $200 float grants. All entries are also eligible to compete for awards and cash prizes. For more information about the Picnic Day Parade or the CAAA Float Grant Program, please refer to the Parade Packet. |
