Picnic Day

There is NO FEE to park on campus for Picnic Day. Almost all lots will be open to the public and reserved areas will open to the public beginning at noon. If you arrive by 10am you should be able to park on campus. Otherwise, you might need to park off-campus on nearby streets.

Places to consider parking:

1. These lots are available until they are at full capacity:
   * North Entry Parking Structure (Near the Memorial Union, off of Howard Way and Russell Blvd.)
   * South Entry Parking Structure, Lots 1 and 2 (Near the Mondavi Center on Old Davis Rd.)
   * West Entry Parking Structure (On Hutchison Drive, near Hutchison IM Field and The Pavilion)* Lot 25 and 35 (Near Activities and Recreation Center and The Pavilion, off of La Rue and Orchard Rd.)
   * Lot 30 (Hutchison and Extension Park Drive)
   * Lot 14, 15, 16, 17, 22 (All near California Ave. and Russell Blvd.)
   * Lot 5 (A St. and Old Davis Road)
   * Lot 10 (A St. and First St.) * Lot 46 (Near La Rue and Bioletti Way)
   


2. These lots are available after the parade has passed (by 10:30 or 11am):
   * Lot 47, 47A (All near La Rue and Bioletti Way)
   * Lot 40, 41 (Hutchison Road and Kleiber Hall Drive)
   * Lot 26 and 27 (Kleiber Hall Drive)
   


3. These lots are available all day and are close to the UCD Medical Complex:
   * Lots 50, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57

• Reserved Bus on Campus: All buses are to park in Lot 2 (South of the Parking Structure near the Mondavi Center), and not in Lot 1.
  
  
• Anyone wanting to park an RV overnight on the campus needs to contact the Parking Director before doing so.
  
  
• Loading and Unloading permits will be mailed out in April. Only event participants approved by the Board of Directors will receive these permits. Please consult the respective event director.
