The Children’s Discovery Fair offers crafts, activities, and entertainment for children and their families to enjoy! Join us as we “Camp Out!” in the great outdoors with nature and animal-themed crafts.

Watercolor Spray Paint
Use watercolor paint in plastic spray bottles to create masterpieces that you can bring home or decorate the CDF sign with!
Hand-paint bonfires with washable paint onto a canvas!
Play with the boats and turtles you make here or use the PVC pipe maze to make water rain down on the pool
Become an explorer by digging for dinosaur bones in this sensory activity!
Use washable markers and coffee filters to create a colorful butterfly to take home!
Pretend to be owls by making owl-themed binoculars out of cardboard tubes and construction paper!
Choose your favorite of four animals and make a owl, fox, chipmunk, or unicorn crown so that you can become your favorite animal!
Shake up the camp by making bird themed maracas out of egg cartons, spoons, and construction paper!
Tie in your friendships with this easy friendship bracelet craft using vibrant strands of yarn and a reusable cardboard loom!
Make your very own pet turtle out of foam and recycled bottles and then watch him or her kick back in the pool and take them home with you.
Pool Noodle Boats
Create floating boats out of pool noodles to have races in the water bins with your friends!
Bring the Schedule of Events to the Children’s Discovery Fair and search for the fun facts at the CDF booths. If you complete the bingo, bring it to the stamping station to get it checked!
In order to enter the Children’s Discovery Fair, parents will be required to complete a waiver of liability for each child. Without completion of the waiver, visitors will not be allowed to enter the fair.
