The Universal Application allows campus departments, student organizations, and community groups to apply to participate in Picnic Day activities, including Animal Events, Children's Discovery Fair, Entertainment, Exhibits, Parade, and the Student Organization Fair.

Assistant Directors: Assistant Directors work closely with the Board of Directors to help plan and organize Picnic Day. Information about available positions and applications can be found through UC Davis Vacancy, when postings are available.
General Members: General Members support Picnic Day Directors, gain behind-the-scenes experience, and help organize activities leading up to the event. Application information for Picnic Day 113 will be announced here when available.
