Each year, the Picnic Day Board chooses a theme that highlights something that matters to the Board of Directors and that we feel will be embraced by the campus community.
2024 Theme: Picnic Palooza
As one of the largest student-run events in the United States with over 75,000+ attendees, Picnic Day showcases the inclusivity, originality, and radiant enthusiasm that transform the campus to life. The theme of the 110th Picnic Day is Picnic Palooza. The word palooza sparks the vision of festive and celebratory ventures, which showcases the spectacularity of Picnic Day. This year the board wants to go above and beyond, and one major step of that journey is “enjoying the process as we create our reality,” said Picnic Day Chair Bradford Martin. “Picnic Palooza celebrates the community we have built, highlighting student empowerment, change and fun!” he added.
