As one of the largest student-run events in the United States with over 75,000+ attendees, Picnic Day showcases the inclusivity, originality, and radiant enthusiasm that transform our campus to life. The theme of the 111th Picnic Day is “Welcome to Wonderland”. Wonderland represents the spectacle that the UC Davis campus becomes with the variety of live events, exhibits, and activities. “We invite you to experience the excitement of our community on Picnic Day,” Picnic Day Chair Mina Sarmah said. “Our team is excited to incorporate creativity, wonder, and fun into planning and leading this event,” she added.
